Guests may visit every 30 days for food and no more than once a month for assistance requests. Bread and produce is available anytime if we have a sufficient quantity.

When you come to Yadkin Christian Ministries make sure to bring:

• State-issued photo identification showing your current address
• Any other government-issued identity cards
• Social Security card
• A list of everyone in your household -- their names, ages, and relationship to you and their Social Security card or Social Security number
• The prescription, bill, statement or agreement for which you need assistance
